Who would you appoint instead?
We could never adapt to a Pullis/ Allardyce type manager between now and the end of the season. We don't have the physical players capable of playing that style.
Do you bring in a Sousa type manager and try and defend, while nicking a goal to the end of the season?
If we go down, I'll be upset, but I'll still be watching the Swans at home and sometimes away.
If we did a Wolves and went straight through, I'll still be watching the Swans at home and sometimes away.
Personally, I think we will have enough points to stay up. Roll the dice and see where they land.
At least I'm happy that if we do get relegated, there won't be the same effect on the club, that our last relegation from the top flight caused. Perspective ladies and gents.
But, between now and the end of the season, we can sing, cheer and support the lads. Try and lift them to give their all.

Firstly, I am worried about the team selection today considering our "position" and what is/was "needed". BUT if anyone thinks ML thinks he can do well in the Europa League, preside over relegation from the BPL and move on to a "good" job is barking mad. He has to keep us up for his own progression, so those of you who view his tenure as purely a vehicle of his advancement are nuts to think he is not interested in keeping us afloat.
We have just been through a heinous set of fixtures and at the other end he has made a poor/bad ( very bad?) judgement call/experiment. He may be one of the best ever players of a generation but he is only human and a rookie manager in a league in which he never played in.
As has already been pointed out before now, look at the table and for the majority of us there are more than three teams worse than ourselves. Granted a run of bad luck could kill us off but you could also argue that that sort of bad luck has already happened - also, if you are a believer in good/bad luck runs then fũckall can change it so why are you moaning. Now is the time to get behind the team and let them now that we are STID, whatever happens. |  |

I wouldn't sack him, surprising as that may be. No matter what happens I don't think we could get the right person in. And even if we could, he's missed the transfer window and is stuck with a depleted and demoralised squad.
There is definitely a lack of faith somewhere and possibly strangely (after all my moaning) I think Laudrup has as better chance of keeping us up than a new face.

There is a very worrying sense of inertia about the place at the minute with nobody having a clue how to get us going again. The return of MM should give the place a lift, but I wouldn't put it past Laudrup to bung him in upfront as he so often has in the past when he thinks that the going will get tough.
Whether Laudrup is going or not Jenkins needs to get the f*ck out of the football side of the club until the time comes to pick the next boss. He has absolutely no business suggesting or signing players. |  |

Yes please. This man is only taking us one way and that's down to the Championship; at which point he'll walk away with the usual bull of "the team will bounce straight back", "the quality is there" and "I'd like to thank the fans", etc; etc; etc. I believe the squad IS good enough to be at least mid-table but the spirit appears to be broken and Laudrup looks at best inept tactically and at wors completely disinterested. I honestly feel that the club could AND WOULD stay up without Laudrup - and would be OK without a recognised manager until the right man is put in place at the end of the season. Curt, Monk, Leon, Williams and others have enough nous and passion for this club to keep us up in the interim. I only see Laudrup as having a negative effect on the entire set-up at present.  |  |

I'm on holiday with a few Cardiff fans at the moment Dave and they're thinking the worst now about Saturday rather than hinting they'll pinch a win.
