Who knows really, but I hope he stays. Can't see him being here for long, but if he can leave us in a better state than when he arrived that will have to do. Seems to me that there are not a lot of jobs for professional managers in football, Riga's CV will not get him one in the Premier League and there is limited vacancies in the next league down but plenty of applicants who would love the job.
