Can somebody explain to me why Lewis needs international clearance?
Before somebody states the obvious, yes i know Wales is another country, but Cardiff play in the English league, so surely he is already under the English FA and not the Welsh FA (which would require clearance)?
I'm not saying he doesnt need it! I just dont understand why he does need it. | | | |
