The Underdog Blog: Tranmere 2 - 6 Swansea 20:48 - Jan 6 with 1263 viewsTheUnderdogBlog

Hi,

I write a football blog following underdogs through the FA Cup, from the early qualifying rounds through to the Sixth Round. On Saturday, I went to see Tranmere vs Swansea.

It's written from a slight bias towards the smaller team but I hope you'll enjoy the report of my experience, which comes with a dollop of nostalgia for your remarkable rise through the leagues.

I hope you like it and that the administrators don't mind me posting this here. Best of luck for the rest of the season:

Thanks for this - it's a good read, and I also enjoyed your report on Warrington vs Colwyn Bay.

However, you missed a trick by not putting a photograph of your friend the transvestite copper in your blog, there's quite an audience for that on this site

So this is going to end when Chelsea play Man City at Wembley?

Poll: Who should be our next manager? Please name them.

Thanks Glyn, pleased you enjoyed those posts. If I may point you towards Barnsley vs Chester FC, that too was a really good game despite the lack of goals.

I'd really like to continue all the way to the Final, funds and ticket availability allowing. The rule would be to follow the lower ranked side so that particular Final would be a little tough to call at the moment ;)

My hometown team Chesterfield are threatening a repeat of 1997 with a fairly eventful run so far - perhaps it's written in the stars. Looking forward to finding out as it might be Swansea yet!
