Had a jtd 1.9td 156 myself. Lovely car and quick and looked amazing, had a habit of leaking various fluids from its engine. None of which were cheap to sort out!!!! |

Dale's claim for £3.6m was excluded from the CVA ballot as he was connected (as a director of bury fc ltd). His daughter is connected under the law as his child, but partners of children are not. If it is boyfriend controlling the ex-Mederco debt, that seems OK. Unless he can tease out demonstrable proof of wrongdoing, all he can do is issue soundbites for an investigation.
As a politician Frith can play this both ways. On the one hand, from a bury survival point of view the CVA is good news. On the other hand, from a "Dale is a thieving b*stard stealing the club" point of view presenting the CVA as dodgy fits the narrative. | | | |

Confirmed by EFL ? Are these new owners "fit and proper" for the job? Will bury fans really accept some last minute buyer that has not been properly scrutinised by the EFL as they have been demanding of late? The lack of scrutiny of SD2 has proper upset them recently. Are they really going to accept this Rory Campbell / Henry Newman at face value without the scrutiny they insist on that should form some sort of legal challenge against SD1 and SD2's actions?
