tomorrow can't come quick enough 14:17 - Oct 16 with 1998381 views | batman | Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 17:19 - Aug 28 by Fondles | First round on tonight's pointless is on FA Cup Football. That'll be another conspiracy theory from the buckets about the world taking the piss out of them. |
That made me realise we have something in common with Bury. We've both won the FA Cup as many times as we've been kicked out of it.

Loving how BBC news broke that news live from Bury about Bolton surviving. So first it was the SSP clock, next pointless then good news live from bury......your rivals survive. Brilliant

Sky won't turn up for El Brassico now but no doubt BBC Radio Bolton will send an outside broadcast team there to discuss what might have happened and host a phone in for Bolton fans who need to get stuff off their chest.

How long before they moan that “Bolton had an extra 14 days” and cry foul, assuming they have not already?

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 19:14 - Aug 28 with 3255 views | DaveDave | I wonder whether the EFL will grant bUry another 24 hours to get the latest bid over the line now that they know that a similar situation won't arise at Bolton in two weeks time.

Thing is - they don't exist. How, when you don't exist, can you be bigger than something that exists? I'm not sure what the ninth tier is by the way. Who was the last club from the ninth tier we played professionally? I don't believe we ever have or will.

Which in the corporate world is still £6.2m and climbing. Gigg Lane will no longer be a football ground. It used to be ”Lose at Gigg Lane, your having a laugh!” Soon ”Visit Gigg Lane - are you buying a flat?”

The FA Cup competition exists for teams from levels 1-10 The last team from level 8 to reach the 1st round (proper) was Chasetown in 2008, from the Southern League Midland Division. Due to feeder leagues being re-organised along with the National Conference (level 5), it's not possible to accurately determine a level 9 team playing in a competition in which Football League teams also participate, but it is possible in theory [Post edited 28 Aug 2019 20:38]

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 21:16 - Aug 28 with 2567 views | mikehunt | Just on the point of Giggle Lane being under a covenant preventing any kind of housing etc being built on it: I live near Rossendale Utd’s old ground. That had a covenant on it too. The land had been gifted to the people of Rossendale - in perpetuity - solely for the purposes of sport and recreation. Guess what? Aye it’s having houses built on it. The local building mafia had had their eyes on it for decades. The council got round the annoyance of the covenant by saying, if the ground did not have any kind of sporting activity on it for seven years, then it could be sold for building. So, one mystery fire at the ground and seven years later, the diggers are there. Without prejudice of course.

Remarkable, and they've had 4 million previous deadlines to shout up but wait until they've been thrown out of the EFL, mmm not sure

Thanks, DA. So fair to say a Level 9 team reaching Round 1 would be an upset. That Round 1 game of a Level 9 team beat Dale would be a further upset. That Level 9 team being bury, this season, being an impossibility.
