BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged

A gem of a response about Lowe and day having no fault over the players poor performances
"On here, in the ground and in various pubs I kept hearing similar questions, what on earth has gone wrong and I`d love to know exactly what's happened.
And behold we`ve now been told exactly the same tale by both Stuart Day and Ryan Lowe and been given the honest truth.
The players have repeatedly shown utter contempt and disrespect to all of us for large parts of the season.
I`m thankful to Day and Lowe for being honest and caring enough to tell the players exactly what many fans wish they could personally say to them.
And also grateful that they have made the remarks in public, I can imagine from two passionate people it`s been difficult to keep their feelings bottled up.
Especially while the highest paid professional sports people to ever put on a Bury shirt have continually shown a lack of effort and backbone.
We aren't bottom and lost 26 games through poor players, tactics etc it`s been through a lack of effort and Day and Lowe have finally had enough and told it as it is.
There are a lot of players names that should be called up in front of the firing squad before Lowe`s name is even thought of." | |

A timely bump for this thread ahead of the end of the season.
My predictions:
1) bury to go into administration on or before 30th June. They have 1 more home game before the end of the 30th June and three payday scenarios (April, May and June) to get there. 7 players are currently unpaid up to date on contracts and the PFA are already involved.
2) Transfer embargo. PFA financial support comes at a cost and with no money coming in there will be no additional signings. Players as saleable assets out are next to zero.
3) Stewart Day INCREASES ticket prices.
4) Carrington lease ended due to cost reasons. As great as a good training ground is, the cost is astronomical!

The meltdown is probably akin to the polar caps melting
rather than being thrown into a blast furnace.
SD seems quite astute at teaming and ladelling the debts
across his Co's. and manipulating Balance Sheets.
One of his recent moves was to shorten the accounting period
by 'one day' to 30th May. now it may be purely coincidental that
there are 1.4 million shares of £1.00 due to be paid by 31.5.2017.
These are showing as 'paid' but i would suggest that they are only
'paid on paper' and not in hard cash. that is pure guesswork but i
don't think i'll be far off the mark.
by doing this the £1.4 will be shown as an amount due within 12 months
in the accounts and as such an asset
also Medrco BFC, Bury's major shareholder has an outstanding CCJ OF
£29711 against it's name and at the last posting of its accounts had
shareholder funds of only £91115.
i'm no accountant, but have a small business, so have a minor knowledge
of how things should work. but am willing to stand corrected if my supposition

You can apply to the court to close or ‘wind up’ a company if it can’t pay its debts. This is also known as compulsory liquidation.
To wind up a company you must:
be owed £750 or more
be able to prove that the company can’t pay you
