Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

Unless you were being paid up front why would any company do business with these clowns?
troubles mount for Stewie
Mederco ( is it or is it not the vehicle that funds BFC) has had the following lodged at Companies House ''First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off This document is being processed and will be available in 5 days.''
this will probably be challenged by HMRC and withdrawn as they (HMRC) try to recover VAT etc

Strong rumours on Beardyman that Day is offski this week.
7 pages and counting on a new thread - some incredible comments on there have to be read to be believed.
Administration mentioned.
Also a £500 million take over by JD Sports.
I was hoping Day tenure was for a lot longer but there are plenty of comments from seemingly in the know posters. They hint a final straw has broken the camels back and all will unfold this week it could even be as soon as today.

Surely there’s a couple zeroes too many on that takeover figure? £500m!?

Some of the gigglers are deluded and are happy that they are linked with JD and a bloke on the JD board worth £500 million.
More likely the brothers who sold streetwise sports to Mike Ashley recently for a few quid.
Shocking contempt already with comments trying to distance the milky bar kid saying its his debt and nothing to do with Bury football club.
one comment - Admin and -10 point deduction we can still get promoted this year and wipe out all the debt. What a shocking attitude to have. Second administration looms and anything achieved will have been with smoke / mirrors and hundreds of people owed money.
Erm - Enjoy the ride???????

Brilliant stuff. Even bradley1 came out off message board retirement to get all giddy about JD sports money. You’d think they’d learn after “wow wow wow” but obviously not.

I’ve been following this since Day’s first steps into football.
A thirty something property millionaire who made his money in one of the worst property markets ever rides in to bury a business with debts and that owned its ground.
It now has sizeable debts and doesn’t own its ground.
No FA Cup run, no funding streams, no point.
Complete the famous auction ending:
Going, GOING, .......?
George Bernard Shaw had it right:
"He who can does; he who cannot, teaches."

Half a million views 100 pages Buckets go bust
When the page numbers go into triple digits, the lines in the box allocated for the thread will fill up quicker and the box keep expanding. I wonder if this thread will ever get so big it's the only one on the first page of the forum except for pinned threads?
A dose of financial and business realism hits home at around page 10 of their 'club sold thread, along with a suggestion that they sign up Chris Dunphy. Oh, and their glasswasher has been repossessed.
Full announcement to come later this week. Though whether that's on the future of the club or the acquisition of a new glasswasher - it's not clear.

Interesting development at Bury Football Club yesterday: Two new related companies were registered: Bury FC Heritage Ltd and Bury FC Leisure Ltd. The Directors are Mr Steven Derek Dale and Mr Christian Dale (son?) Christian Dale is not a Director of Bury Football Club, which now only has Jill Neville as a surviving Director from 2002. There are two other Bury FC Directors, Matthew McCarthy and Steven Derek Dale who were appointed on 7th December.
