tomorrow can't come quick enough 14:17 - Oct 16 with 2297036 views | batman | Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

Worse was all the Rangers fans expressing sympathy on Twitter and offering to “sort out a friendly” because the Bury fans were “class” when at Ibrox this preseason. If any club knows a thing or two about financial irregularities, it’s the Gers.

Big odds for a Carlisle home win considering how fooked up their opposition are,and coming off the back of 2 home defeats for bury

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 23:37 - Apr 5 with 5901 views | Daley_Lama | When a new buyer discovers debts that were not evident when due diligence was done, it is because the seller has hidden them. I learnt this from a former football chairman who claimed it was dispicable and simply down right awful that a seller would do such a thing when he bought...erm.... bury FC a few years ago. The wheel keeps turning.

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 12:40 - Apr 8 with 5163 views | smaclad1 | Lunchtime peruse of all things football and the mood on gigglelane is grim and desperate. The realisation that the end may very well be in sight seems to have hit home. There was me thinking that Chris Brass' winding up petition and the car park scheme going tits up were problems, but the real joker in the pack is an inter company loan which Merdeco's administrators are trying to cash in. Spare £4m+ anyone? https://www.gigglane.com/index.php?/topic/33864-is-the-mederco-situation-the-mai
tomorrow can't come quick enough on 14:01 - Apr 8 with 5021 views | kel | Some cracking stuff on the mong board about how they hope fans of rivals clubs don’t go on there gloating about their misfortune. bury fans would never, ever do that would they? https://www.gigglane.com/index.php?/topic/32280-more-notlob-trouble/page/2/ Wonder how shakerandy and mr bistow feel now. They’re disgustingly ironic. Both clubs should be ashamed of themselves and the sooner they receive some real punishment (a few relegations, if not Stockport/Darlo style) the better. Throw Oldham in too. We’re the poorest of all four clubs but the immensity of the financial shit mountain they’re all constantly in is just embarrassing. Even if just one of them receives some real punishment I’ll be happy.
tomorrow can't come quick enough on 19:07 - Apr 8 with 4624 views | 442Dale | Let it be said, as it has been throughout this thread, just how pathetic Forever Bury have been all this time. Their laughable excuses when not bringing Day to account in an effective manner from the very start should never be forgotten by their fellow supporters.

Agree, it’s about time the football authorities grew a pair and took some real action a lot more than the current 12 points , characters such as Day,Anderson ( and hopefully Dale) should be allowed nowhere near a football club

Absolutely. I don’t know much about FB but I understand they’re similar to the Dale Trust? If that’s the case then it makes me so proud of ours and puts theirs to shame.

They could do with a 'N' between 'r' and 'e'.

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 01:27 - Apr 9 with 4129 views | rochdale_ranger | I’m not really clued up on the financial side of the footballing world so please forgive me if this comes across as a naive/dumb question to ask but what will Day and Dale have got out of having anything to do with BFC?
tomorrow can't come quick enough on 09:20 - Apr 9 with 3963 views | TTNYear | It depends on what you read. Day and Dale might be Mitty type characters living some kind of weird Championship manager type dream, certainly Day might have been. Some say there is a connection between the two, Glen Thomas being the link, and he's hardly whiter than white, this thread on Shrewsbury's forum confirms a lot of what we suspected/thought. http://blueandamber.proboards.com/thread/98437/bucket-shakers-new-ownership Throw in the fact that their community protection thing has expired, one could presume that gigg could be perloined, where previously it couldn't. But I'm not devious to know how to do that, I wonder if Day, Dale or both know what they are doing to get it on the cheap. As always, everyone knows something but not everything. tomorrow can't come quick enough on 09:54 - Apr 9 with 3896 views | ParkinsGimp | Oh dear it seems their "new" saviour could well be in it with the original Milky Bar kid. I agree with others , its about time tough measures are metered out to teams like bury and Bolton, a two tier relegation at least. You cant keep cheating and getting away with it.
tomorrow can't come quick enough on 10:53 - Apr 9 with 3821 views | TTNYear | Agreed on the 'cheating'. It must be galling to be anyone in League Two and to a certain extent the teams that were vying with Bolton on their re-rise to the Championship, when they see the debts run up over the last few years of flagrant mismanagement. I think what makes its so annoying is that it was/is so obvious from outside. Throw in the usual 'what can we do?' which comes from many fans, when if they listened to the doubting Thomas's they might have been a little more wary of these so called saviours, whilst they enjoy the fruits of cheating the system and its hard to feel sympathy. Personally I do for some of the fans as they ultimately pay the price for a club being run into the ground, but the lack of questioning by the fan base as a whole (and yes this is leveled at our friends down the road), makes me think that a jolt like what looks like is going to happen to both of these clubs might just shake a few empty heads. We have been lucky it seems up to now, and Tommy Cannon aside our custodians of the club have been good eggs. There, but for the grace of God, go I ...and all that.
