There have been a few this season and they're really good. On the Commercial News page in the programme recently it was mentioned how they welcome ideas too; made a real point of saying that fans opinions matter.

There's enough evidence this season that this area of the club are willing to take steps that maybe we haven't seen in the past, especially around proactive and effective communication. It's great to see.
