I don't think you can get more inconsistent than beating Walsall 3-0 and Burton 2-1 then losing to Crewe 2-0. |  |

Agree on the communication thing, we need an organiser and a real leader. The second half could have seen us back in it, Henderson missed a good chance as he had at 0-0 but again any ball forward led to indecisive defending and general hilarity. Haber was made to look like Alan Shearer, such was the lack of confidence amongst our players. |  |

Throw in the 6-1 at Barnsley. It's like we've no idea what we're about, and if it comes off it's some kind of fluke. KH talks about trying to inculcate a particular way of playing the game, but I'm buggered if I know what that is anymore. Importantly, the players don't seem too sure. It's the opposite of "no fear". | |
