If you have a ticket to sell, and somebody wants to buy it they won't care a jot why you can't attend.

Also as a rough assessment, there are at least eleven tickets for sale on this site alone.
As I'm often told, this site only reflects a small number of those selling or wishing to buy tickets, but if this was one of the following three home games, you'd be lucky to find 11 tickets across all three games for sale on this site | | | |

Nonsense - with 16500 season ticket holders, that means for every single match including Man Utd certain fans won't be able to attend because out of 16500 there are bound to be people who are on holiday or work , family or other commitments. Only slight difference is you probably won't have to advertise for Man U , Arsenal etc. | |

I know that - the initial point wasn't about the attendance, it was about excuses people feel they have to make.
As is often shown in surveys, if what happened on here with tickets was reflected overall in the ticket buying / selling public, then there would be a quite a few missing tomorrow.
You can guarantee all those seats will be filled for Man city, Chelsea and Liverpool games though !
