And that is not true? I think 99% of us would be 'happy to survive' this year. His style is his style, make no mistake, but theres a huge misconception about his teams, that they're staying in this league by the skin of their teeth every season, when its just not true. WBA - finished in the top half last season. Never been in trouble, until now, and I'd argue thats over exaggerating. Palace - comfortable and solid mid table in his time there Stoke - went to an FA cup final and established themselves as a solid PL team under his tenure. I don't know why, but theres an air of snobbery in the game that wants to paint Pulis as a ticket to relegation, but his results show thats anything but the case. | |
