Jack Wilshere diluted. 07:43 - Jun 20 with 2441 viewsBigDaveMyCock

After 17, a lot of which were very injury plagued, years at Arsenal, Jack Wilshere, who had been offered a new deal by Arsenal, went to see the new Arsenal manager and asked him if he was going to play him. New manager quite rightly said I can’t guarantee that, and why should he. Surely it’s up to Jack to impress the new manager and earn the right to play. Jack has been injured for much of his time at Arsenal and was injured for a lot of his time at Bournemouth and he has never really lived up to his early promise on anything like a consistent basis. Why an earth should he expect any manager to say yes Jack you’re my first name on the team sheet every week?

Apparently, West Ham and Everton, prior to changing their manager, were interested in signing him. He is just the sort of player neither of these clubs need (although Andy Carroll will at least have some company in the stands if he signs for the Hammers). I would have expected Sunderland to have jumped at the chance but they’re playing us next season in league 1 precisely because they’ve jumped at the chance of signing this sort of player in the past for huge wages. Sunderland are currently paying another Jack, Rodwell, a reported 60k a week for doing jack.

Be very careful potential suitors and well done new Arsenal manager.
