Take away your repeated calls for independence and this board would have one Matchday thread, one brexit thread, one Chip Trick thread, and one thread calling HJ a cock. Not that you’re wrong about the first point (under Tories). Not sure the WG have demonstrated they’re much better though.

English governed UK on 22:20 - Dec 13 with 1343 views | swanforthemoney | If Swansea council and the Welsh Assembly are any indication of Welsh admistrative competence, we are best run from England. If running ourselves we'd be going back to outside toilets and fetching water from the well. At least everything would be green, as everything would be transported with horse and cart. Apart from cockles coming up from penclawdd by donkey. [Post edited 13 Dec 2018 22:21]

So in summary, you think that welsh people are (uniquely) too dull to run our own affairs ? Not so sure that Swansea council and the Welsh Government have made a shite show of Brexit mind....? Not to mention illegal wars and nuclear weapons whilst young people sleep on the streets. Give your head a wobble ...

I think Wales would need to up it's game. Swansea Council especially asre not a good advertisement, but then local government often is a bit sh*t. Perfectly doable though - of course Wales could govern itself (if allowed). It's nonsense to suggest it couldn't, as evidence by all the smaller nations that already do.

IndyWales would mean them lot down the bay would have to be sorted too imo. Myths are defo being busted though. Swansea is an area that has been ravaged by the way things are currently, when potentially has so much to offer. English governed UK on 17:40 - Dec 14 with 1177 views | A_Fans_Dad | The Welsh Assembly are running Wales very well indeed, for Cardiff. As for the SNP, they are also doing a great job even with the Barnet Formula, they have major problems, Sturgeon couldn't run a piss up in a brewery. The problem with Westminster is just like the Wesh Assembly and Cardiff, if it isn't in London it doesn't really count and barely exists. As for the future, Vanity Projects like HS2 and Foreign Aid are going to waste Billions.
English governed UK on 20:44 - Dec 14 with 1154 views | Jack_Meoff | More Westminster governed tramp surely? The previously industrial Northern English areas have been neglected as much as Wales has. It's what you get when you vote in criminals whose sole purpose is to take your tax money and launder as much of it as humanly possible. Arms and war a particularly profitable favourite.
