Put me down for black and white stripes the first kit dale wore when I started watching aged 6/7 in 1957 or there abouts another kit that left an impressions was the all white kit 1960 ish of the modern ones the black and blue stripes proper thick stripes not the thin shit ones.

I hope the next 3 QFs have some better choices. For me this one was a choice between 2 poor ones ( obviously only in my opinion). Wouldn't have bought either of them

It’s not about individual choice and what I might have liked, more iconic kits down the years for fans to reminisce - was trying to think of everyone rather than being selfish and going with personal preference. The 93/94 kit was very popular at the time, a shirt very much of the era as has been mentioned. 02/03 was fan designed, and again stood out amongst the Uhlsport home kits from 98-05.

The chevron kit of 93/94 was indeed iconic and popular as 442 says, and, for that reason, gets my vote here.
Of the later kits of the selected period, I liked the blue kit with the black pin stripes as below:
