I was really hoping to see The Cure (at least) one more time, but if that day arrives, it might not be nearly as special, as Simon Gallup (who inspired me, and many others, to pick up a bass) announced he has left the group. I hope things gets resolved and they do one more proper tour when it is sensible to do so. For now, I'll share one of my favorite Gallup bass lines...
