Have entered code & clicked "Apply" but not getting anywhere - screen just freezes...
Tried several times now.

Have you also entered your card details?
It should say -£10.00 under the £10.00 payment bit, with something like £0.00 appearing beneath that. |  |

That's probably because some people will have their card linked to their account and will remain logged-in on their devices. | |

Was going to ask the same question - perhaps some guidance is needed since I also had that same problem. Also keep an eye on your debit/credit card balance since I know that iFollow have taken money out of someone's account but not repaid the £10 as yet! | | | |
