This latter point presumes an hermetic boardroom currently?

Not necessarily; i just think a Trust rep on the board would be an automatic target for leaks, especially if it were information that fans were clamouring for (on here, for instance)

As jonahwhereru alludes to above, it'd be a position that'd require the tact and diplomacy of a Uighur representative to the People's Republic of China
