FWIW I did mine online - at the third attempt, I managed to get 2 x cup tickets at the same time fully online with no calls to the box office.
So I got the standard TicketShafter confirmation email.
I guess you're going to have to call the box office. Worst case they can arrange for printed copies for you to pick up at the other end. | |
