Moggy R.I.P. 15:55 - Aug 5 with 20007 views | SuddenLad | The legend has passed away. A unique character, a man who had Dale in his veins and who did so much good in raising funds for good causes. Rest in Peace, lad. Great memories.

Moggy R.I.P. on 08:08 - Aug 8 with 3854 views | frenzied | Never met the guy..wouldnt know him from Adam.. What this thread and the associated go fund me thread tells me is that so many of you care about your own... So although we have different opinions on team set up tactics etc we are all united when it come to the more important issues when a fellow Daley needs our support..respect to you all...

Moggy R.I.P. on 09:22 - Aug 8 with 3730 views | paulscho | Moggy a true Rochdale fan and a free wheeling man a song we sang with him so many times on many occasions. spent many days with him in many different sticky and funny situations. two particular days that stand out are an afternoon at chesterfield with 30 other Dale lads and a Doberman dog travelling in a removal van. moggy ended up in the chesterfield A&E with a big bandage around his head. The second was a Saturday on a coach trip to Tranmere and him leading a group of 25 chosen few up the main road to prenton park and arming the boys with brush handles from a hardware store and leading the charge( it was like a scene out of the film Zulu) A big heart that ended up in a good place eventually god bless him . Moggy R.I.P. on 10:13 - Aug 8 with 3637 views | Zac_B | Will never forget a trip to Barnet a good few years back where, I think, Moggy had walked down with his ladders for charity. He asked my dad if he could give him a hand on the pitch at half time - failing to tell him that he was going to crawl around the entire perimeter of the pitch, with the ladders on his back, whilst my dad has to hunch over and hold them in position. It was hilarious, and the best bit is that there was no stadium announcement as to what was going on, so Barnet fans just thought a couple of strange men were crawling around their pitch with ladders for no good reason and naturally, gave them a load of stick!

Moggy R.I.P. on 17:08 - Aug 7 by Yorkshire_Dale | I hope the lad can be immortalised by a Street artist somewhere around San Spotty..(don't forget he was born in the Sandy Lane End).......ladders, crombie coat and docs? |
Pretty sure he was born in Halifax! Moggie loved the Dale and some of these stories although associated with a hoolie element bring a smile! Moggie would be happy to fight against them and then have a pint with them afterwards. Early 1980 and in the Sandy hearing give me an Rrrr really was stuff of legend. A true one off bloke who will be remembered for years to come. RIP Moggie lad... Let's hope the lads put on a show on Tuesday / Saturday this week in memory.

I am obviously having a ‘seniors moment’ but what is the significance of the 68th minute?
