Was on ticketmaster 10:59. Wouldnt let me buy one at 11am on the dot and was trying till it said sold out. Fantastic process
its all rubbish.
they couldnt physically have sold 200 ticks between me calling and them answering.
(was told i was 18th in queue)
say there are 3 outlets - ticketmaster, phone to box office and in person at box office.
each person buys 2 tick
thats 100 tranactions
33 per outlet.
they couldnt process them quicker that 1 minute per transaction.
they ansered me at 11.25 and told be sold out.
its bollocks

TGRRRSSS
I got stuffed trying to buy tickets online saying I wasnt a member last year (even though I was then).
The actual problem of buying tickets online is my biggest gripe.
I also decided not to get membership this year so the club lost out here (paltry I know) but when Hoos goes on and on.
I'd like someone to properly talk him though the mess of actually buying tickets online as it's very poor.
Ticketdisaster or not he's in charge it's ultimately his job to sell the goods QPR are in the business of supplying.
Thats why so many have to phone up.
Not about points that is what it is.
