Bona fide Welsh born and bred Welsh centre forwards are a rare thing. Certainly none from Swansea city. Cardiff had a square jawed chap called Crole who regularly featured in u18 and u 21 games. He is now at Penybont.
High hopes for Woodward who I have not seen yet. Cullen is improving year on year. The Bony boys have gone. I noted to younger one is now at Newport.
Wise sage since Toshack era

They would be Welsh eligible on account of 5 years of schooling before 18. I hoped one off them could be as good as Wilfred to cover the great Welsh / Swansea no 9 drought. They might still but the signs are not good. Wilfred was freakishly strong.
Robert Earnshaw qualified fro Wales on schooling as this father was English and his mum Zambian.

I can remember every time I seen wilf live thinking what an animal of a man. This is what our system is missing now a Wilf/Scotland a beast of a holding striker that can boss the area + dominate.
Myko could be the missing link tbh.
Let’s hope Vip has a confidence boost with Slovenia 🇸🇮 and comes back like Mr Cooper did after playing for Wales.
