They had 2 attempts all that 2nd half and one of those was the last kick of the game. I mean fair play to them for being economical but there is no way we should have lost that game - but that's what happens it you dont take your chances - unfortunately for this team and McNulty a 1 goal buffer isn't enough.

The first half was a largely tedious affair but I’d forgotten about that early chance for Rodney.
Perhaps he could have done better after doing the hard work.

Yes he could have possibly ran an extra couple of steps to get more central - it was a great block by their player though. Gilmour's was very unlucky - didn't see it properly during the game but to rebound off the post and off the keeper then go wide is very unfortunate - you see those rebound into the goal usually.
