So there's no possibility that we have turned down bids for players and are maybe recruiting first before deciding to sell, bearing in mind the season starts soon? Most players we sign are a gamble and one of the top considerations will be the possible sell on value, its always been like that. Anyway, let's see but it wouldn't surprise me if we see players going in the opposite direction before the season starts. [Post edited 10 Jul 22:04]

I agree and would extend that until the end of the EFL transfer window. It’s also something we should be actively looking to achieve as, something that’s already been said, it’s a route which works well for a club like Dale.
Would we want to keep East and Gilmour? Yes. Have we options if either went bringing in funds like so many players before? Definitely. |  |
