Think we can still do it think we'll beat teams away from home we wouldn't normally beat with Townshend and Remy (when fit) really impressed with Townshend

do well to even draw next week at Swansea

Norwich are one of the worst teams in the Prem, having an awful run of form and had just one clean sheet away in 45games...and you are positive?

Can't fault the effort but not good enough and have no idea where the 6 wins we need will come from.

Will accept that Townsend was good though.

I've said we are down for a while now. All those Zamora boo boys hang your head in shame, he could have been the missing link. Hughes should never have got rid of HH. Not enough up front this year with all the injuries

A scenario little considered - especially by the people who believe that relegation will be the apocalypse - is that we'll go down and keep a good squad together and give ourselves a good chance at coming straight back up.

It's a scenario I choose to believe in........... if for no other reason than I can avoid hysteria about the results at the moment.

But, we aren't down.......... not until we are mathematically down. The same people saying now that we are down were saying the same last season.

I think the loss to Southampton was the moment we went down. Wigan are the only bottom team we play at home now. Too many points thrown away against poor teams

You choose to believe that it is all over.... but we are not mathematically relegated. There is no changing the fact that we stayed up last year on a run of apparently unlikely results when no-one believed we stood a chance.

Give the team a chance. We'll see. Maintaining that anything else is a foregone conclusion doesn't make sense.

And yet we remain 4 points from safety (give or take GD).

Newcastle winning means nothing (except they're beating Chelsea), can't see Villa holding on and Wigan winning serves to keep Southampton in the mix.

DON'T PANIC

Nope.

6 points with 2 very tricky games ahead.
