This forum, when visiting on my pc I have no Norwich game thread and all the threads seem days old. On my phone it all seems up to date.

Any ideas?

There's a setting somewhere in IE that specifies whether or not to automatically check for a new version of the page, try setting that to automatically check if it isn't already, then ctrl &f5.
