Could anybody point me to a list of our current players, which states whether they are under contract or on loan, please. (If such a thing exists). Ta.

The reason I ask is that, having “bonded” with O’Keefe on Tuesday, I was shocked to learn that he is due back at Mansfield in January. I wondered how many other players might be in similar situations?

O’keffee & Broadbent are on loan until Jaanuary, DOrsett, Cashman & Andrews are on a seasons loan. One thing to note is O’keeffe is on the transfer list at Mansfield

This is much appreciated.
Seems like we have to make the most of what we we have whilst we have got them.

I was going to trawl through my records, but you've accounted for everyone and saved me a job, l_t_d. Cheers.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Love the Dale was at Charlton for our 4-4 draw, which makes him a cockney or a mockney.

You know me far better than I do, but then I am pretty ancient! AFAIR, I have only been to London three times and one of them was to watch Dale v Stockport County. I have been to many valleys, but I don't think this is one of them.

PS What is a mockney, please?

Someone who isn't from London but pretends to be.

Or, someone who isn't quite as they seem, more literally.

Five questions -
What made you think I had been to the Charlton game?
What would that have to do with my answer to the opening post?
Why would it have made me a cockney?
Or a mockney?
If I were a cockney, so what?

1. It was from when we watched ifollow in the 4-4 draw. We had to listen to the Charlton commentators as ours weren't allowed to travel to Covid-hit London. On the match thread, the soundtrack was out of kilter prompting fans to ask what was going on. Oh for someone to be there to answer our legitimate questions.

We play them away in 2 weeks time. I wonder if they put in the contract that he can't play in that game. Would be a big loss

This is weird. It is like living in a parallel universe.

I was watching on ifollow and it didn't take a genius to work out that there was another game taking place on a nearby pitch. In fact, one would have to be pretty slow on the uptake not to realise that this was the case.

Quite apart from the fact that you have put 2 and 2 together and got 156, what I can't understand is why someone would carry out an investigation into a total stranger who has simply taken the trouble to provide an answer to the opening post. Totally weird.

By the way, I'm guessing that fans were not allowed at the game.

I shall now return you to the ignored list, together with your sidekick.. It annoyed me having to temporarily remove you from it in order to respond to your stupidity.

Not a clue about anything else but not only were fans not allowed, it was a week after schools were shut again and the peak of the pandemic. No other games would have been taking place.

There’s a real stench of Bottomley running through this thread, both from contributors and ‘up voters’ and until we get the air freshener out they will continue with their agenda.

His acolytes need to get over it or they (and their club employed family members) might just be the next ones in the firing line.

Bottomley is too busy worrying about the £20 universal credit reduction coming in end of September the shithouse. Wonder if he is in tears again?
