What would happen if O`Connell was injured or suspended? We only have McNulty as a stopper who can run the defence line. He has his limits. EOC had his injury problems at Bury- he was once out for 10 weeks. Thankfully he has been injury free with the Dale, but the next few weeks will be a tough run. It's a good point you make. I think this January will see us bring in an experienced centre half. We have to prepare for life without Eoghan O'Connell as he's out of contract in the summer and you'd imagine he won't be here beyond that. It would also help the youngsters, Dorsett, Graham and Super Max you'd think in their learning. A lot has been asked of all of them despite their very limited experience and age. | |
