Another difficult question about See Rail HR Solutions Limited and Morton House 20:58 - Feb 18 with 2575 viewsRAFCBLUE

I popped into the Wilbutts Lane chippy earlier to see Fat Pat for one of her legendary greasy chip barms.

She's been reading the forum but expressed her disappointment that she couldn't make the Fans Forum last night.

Apparently Thursday night is bingo night and nothing gets between Fat Pat and bingo.

There is though another juicy revaluation coming though and its not a greasy chip barm.

SEE RAIL HR SOLUTIONS
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10986377

This is company which according to Companies House does:
32990 - Other manufacturing not elsewhere classified
38110 - Collection of non-hazardous waste
42990 - Construction of other civil engineering projects not elsewhere classified
43999 - Other specialised construction activities not elsewhere classified

Not really a mention about Human Resources but then - when has that been an issue?

Fat Pat's been doing her homework though and she told me about the confirmation statement of 15th April 2019. Here it is:

https://ibb.co/qkdZ3xT

80% OWNED BY MORTON HOUSE in April 2019.

This is the point where Denise Valarie Courtnell was the sole shareholder and sole Director of Morton House. No one else could do that deal other than our glamorous granny Denise!

The other thing that happens in April 2019:
MARK FARRUGIA ENDED AS A PERSON OF SIGNIFICANT CONTROL

Mark and Denise - friends for Village Energy Solutions Limited
https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/rochdale/forum/282570/the-fans-forum-ques

Mark and Denise - friends for See Rail HR Solutions Limited.

They LOVE their SOLUTIONS do Mark and Denise.

Morton House run it for a year; before the shares go to a gent called Raymond Peter Woods. Everbody Loves Raymond.

Meanwhile in July 2019, the 80% Morton House company files some dormant accounts. Nothing to see here guv!

Guess what happens next after Raymond takes control?

A liquidator is appointed and guess what - there is no assets to pay liabilities and the liquidation is still proceeding.

Fat Pat knows the score.

She knows she saw Andrew Curran on 29th April 2021 when Matthew Southall, Alexander Jarvis and David Bottomley all walked down Willbutts Lane and one of the party refused Fat Pat's wares!

Fat Pat is worried that the Mark Farrugia, Morton House, Denise Courtnell and Andrew Curran link lives strong and is the real reason why on the 29th April 2021 there were people on the lookout for another business to buy.

I wonder how many others are out there........?

Let's see in the coming days shall we.

Funnily enough Morton House had £16k of assets on their balance sheet for accounts ended July 2019.

£80 of these must be the investment in the Energy solutions, erm, payroll company that didn't know what it was paying

Poll: What is it to be then?

Morton House take an 80% stake in an entity worth £16k in 2019 which is then liquidated.

Then go on in 2021 to fail in a hostile takeover run by Captain Sabotage and then in 2022 to take a supporters trust to the High Court.

Denise Valarie Courtnell has a LOT to answer for!

Look at the cash at Morton House just a short while after. Similar to what the energy solutions, erm, payroll company that didn't know what is was paying out or owt had no idea as to what it had paid out. Or owt.

Mark Sangster short term director for Suprem-O also a short term director for See Rail HR.

Ian Crichton Dingwall & Raymond Peter Woods linked by a company called Hainwell. Mr Dingwall also linked to Suprem-O
A pattern/links perhaps?

Alexander Jarvis confirmed last July that Supreme-O-Construction was the company of Andrew Curran's late father in law Colin Victor Green, who was the dad of Andrew's wife Kelly.

That company is still in liquidation:
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/03936252

Farrugia was recently resigned as director in January 2022 even though he was banned as a director in August 2020 and isn't able to serve as a company director again until February 2024.

He looks like a close business associate of Andrew Curran, Denise Courtnell and Morton House given See Rail HR Solutions Limited was traded to Morton House.

You would hope that HMRC are all over this like a rash.

Especially for a payroll company.

"Mark and Denise - friends for Village Energy Solutions Limited

Mark and Denise - friends for See Rail HR Solutions Limited.

They LOVE their SOLUTIONS do Mark and Denise".

One of the very definitions of a solution is one component dissolved into another. Therein may lie the answer, with components being companies in Mark and Val's world.

There are certainly lots of people and companies linked to this saga with a lot less than six degrees of separation. Assuming most of these are not coincidences.

No such thing as a coincidence.

Morton House takeover 80% shareholdings in three separate companies in April 2019 on the watch of old Denise?

All three companies are now in a liquidation state at Companies House.

One of the three has been through the Insolvency Service who says they can't determine the legitimacy of £1.8m out of the company's bank accounts.

"Donna Nada’s misconduct also meant it was not possible to determine the legitimacy of at least £1.8 million worth of payments out of the company’s bank accounts."

https://www.gov.uk/government/news/millions-of-pounds-of-unexplained-payments-le

Six degrees of separation?

Nah. Six key people who are playing pass the parcel; except the money that Captain Sabotage told them to sink saw the music stop.

Jarvis' probably didn't know about all these payroll companies when he outed Andrew Curran to the Daily Telegraph.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2021/08/05/efl-investigating-homophobic-slu

Curran did not respond to requests for comment after the claims against him were put to him via text message.

That followed a bizarre phone call with Telegraph Sport in which he said he had “nothing to do with Rochdale”.

The call nevertheless prompted a WhatsApp message from Alexander Jarvis, who described himself as an adviser to what he admitted was a “hostile takeover” and said that Curran was “a bit of a recluse”.

The next time the phone rings, it might be HMRC.

Curran must be fuming that Jarvis ratted him out.

I bet he regrets that interview every day.
