The club acknowledged feedback about overzealous or inconsistent searching. Stewards have been briefed, though it was accepted they will not always get it right.

That said v Accy the first touch point of matchday experience.. the steward.. was significantly better so possibly light at the end of this dark tunnel. | | | |

It was made clear that away supporters are all searched and that home fans are searched on a random basis. This is done randomly for a reason as noted.
We might not like it, but there’s a chance we may get searched on occasion at home games. Why? It also states the reasoning behind the searches - as mentioned on here, it is something that is not optional.
Would think if there are any further concerns, it’s worth following up with the CAB. | |
