Looking at our new signings thus far, I think there has been an obvious lean towards players born here in the North West (with the exception of Twaddle- Glasgow). I presume that these players have been targeted for their 'localness' as well as their obvious footballing prowess. Eyre is a strong believer in the sports science / psychology aspect of the game and this common theme will hopefully promote a closer unit!!!
