Now we have signed yet another defender and rumoured to be chasing Perry as well, is there anything in what Jim has said that suggests he is going in for any attackers?

Surely he can see the glaring weakness in the squad. No?

At 6' 2" presumably a replacement for Amantchi but with much greater experience

If he can do a job when Mani D isn't available, or perhaps trialled alongside him at times, he'll Manny Du for me

33 years old and we are something like his 24th or 25th club .... well I guess he brings some experience... replacement for Amantchi presumeably, maybe he will teach Smith a trick or two....

Im think Bilongo is more a left wing back, albeit a very tall one. Report are he's full of pace. Expect him to fulfill the role Okeke / Buyabu did last season, vying with Taryn for that spot.

Whilst Prichard can play there too, he didn't fare well against Hartlepool there and I think is more effective elsewhere on the pitch. Tutonda perhaps seen as more backup for the Beckwith/Waller role. With Waller going back soon, I think the lad from Cov will slot into that role. Hopefully he and Bilongo can strike up a relationship on the same wavelength as TAR and Gordon have on the right. We've never quite reached that same level of understanding down our left side.
