Seems like he hasn't forgotten/forgiven the Supporters Trust ordering the club to serve notice on his contract back in November 2016. Very good manager at this level and has been very loyal to Exeter, reportedly turning down much bigger clubs than MK Dons (If he goes there)- it will be interesting to see how Exeter do without him. That Askey move is a strange one, he’s going to struggle to get anywhere near where they were last season and he’s swapped the certainty of Macc for that pressure. Obviously money will be a factor but I’d be surprised if he’s still there in a year’s time.
