Faical Safouane has a few issues with his record keeping doesn't he?
Last week, Safoune's other company with Denise Valarie Courtnell - Coleman Management Services Limited was dissolved as it couldn't remember to file its accounts.
Incorporated in March 2020, Coleman Management Services Limited lasted until June 2022 before it was dissolved. It's not a proper company if it doesn't file accounts and was rightly struck off.
Guess what - lose one company; don't worry it can all be done agains and as it happens there's another one ready and waiting - Marketing Management Consultancy Services Limited.

Formed in September 2020 this one is owned and operated outright by Safouane and he's moved the Head Office recently (sound familiar?) from NW9 to NW1 in London. Both are PO Box addresses and no activity actually goes on there.
The accounts for last September 2021 - the first year of trading were due a fortnight ago but are nowhere to be seen.
Faical might need some help.
He's such a busy boy - payroll services, management services, marketing management consultancy services - he can't keep up with himself.
He must be making a lot of money if he isn't ever bothering to put any accounts in!
Either than or Argos is out of abacus' until new orders arrive!
