Before the Walsall game, Jim said White was struggling after two concussions and Toums/Rodney wouldn’t be back anytime soon. Rodney’s probably the only one we could do with right now.

Lancashire Senior Cup quarter-final on 11:12 - Apr 12 with 2299 views | ChaffRAFC | Awful game, awful Dale performance in awful conditions that weren't fit for football. The more experienced members of the side were particularly poor I thought including Graham, Ball, John, Eastwood and even Mullarkey. Ball, Graham and Mullarkey came off at half time. Joe Cunningham who replaced Mullarkey at right back was our best player in the second half I thought. Oscar Kelly and Kevin Dos Santos, the two youngest players really struggled with the conditions. They've probably never played in conditions as bad as that and I think it showed. Accrington better in every area of the pitch. Coley's Bar at Accrington is something else by the way, tremendous facilities and money very well spent by Mr Holt.

Is it possible they were playing within themselves to avoid getting a knock? The last thing we need is another injury even if it were to one of the players who haven't impressed very much.

I suspect that might be the reason for them only playing 45 minutes. It doesn't excuse the performances though, Graham and Ball were particularly guilty of giving the ball away needlessly while Eastwood's kicking was atrocious and his rushing out was awful and could have cost us another goal.
