States that the goalkeeper and coach need to follow his overall direction on how Rochdale should play. Lillis will be Hill's number 1 next year, he has to improve his concentration however though especially at the quiet times of the game.

Says preseason will be a good time to practice strategies and help fitness on the football pitch. Stresses that although the club will be developing it wont takes its eye off the results.
