Today was one of the worst games this season. We have a defence who don't know how to defend. We also have a team that are not fit enough to play for ninety minutes at speed so play in slow motion! We need new central defenders that can make headed clearances and organise the defence. I am dreading this team playing Pompey next Sunday. |

Woeful display. Too slow in the build up, failed to take chances created, defensively once more a shambles. Manning's pass for the first goal and Wood's defending for the second were inexcusable. We are fighting for survival and I'm not sure we have the right players to get out of this mess. Peretz should have come for the cross for the second goal too. Totally flat footed. |

Ross Stewart was the only positive in this.
Rest just bad. Our players seem to spend more time running away from Hull's goal than running towards it. At one point, 2:of them even ran into each other.
Manning and Peretz at clear fault for each goal.
Tonda needs to develop some flexibility fast. 5 at the back against an injury ravaged side is just daft.

Too slow in transition.Whenever we got possession Hull put 9 men behind the ball and our slow play gave them plenty of time to do it
Hull should have been down to 10 men just before HT for the thigh high challenge on Leo .from my seat I could see the stud marks on his thigh |

Perhaps the worst performance of the season.
Error after error
Endless sideways and backwards shit
No urgency chasing the game when we needed 3 goals
Left the changes too late and then it was like for like til the 5 mins left
We put a ball into the box and scored, but didn't bother to do it again after that
Not very good preparation for the game next Sunday |

Hard to give scores as often not sure who was who, but didn't think anyone was outstanding or had a mare. All round did their best, but eventually ran out of steam. Key stat from BBC is WHU won 93% of tackles, we won 81%. Both goals came from our defenders missing tackles. Although it's not hard to see why West Ham are likely to be relegated there is still a gap in terms of physicality, stamina and pace which showed late on. Credit to the boys for a good showing. Dunne possibly our MotM and good effort in difficult circumstances from Kolli. Summerville best player on the pitch. |

Dad to see Bazunu off to Stoke for a season long loan. I thought Peretz looked suspect in the air. Arguably at fault with both their goals and flapped on other occasions. I've always rated Bazunu unlike others. |

Every time Ross Stewart plays you can see what a good player he is. Crying shame that he has been so hampered by injury.
I really think we are going nowhere until we can learn to defend against set pieces.
Peretz was a bit wild, near post fail, upfield header that almost got chipped back in but then 2 good saves at the death. As mentioned above, distribution was varied and one throw almost went half way into their area. Jury's out atm. |

In total control and then awful second half. Completely lost their heads for 10-15 mins as at Middlesbrough. But for two late saves could have been worse. Not sure Peretz is any better than Bazunu. Struggled a bit in the air. Good to see Stewart back. Held the ball up well. |

Lessons may have been learnt about individuals and formations I liked the way Peretz tried to vary the out balls Not constant tippy tappy but it can be used in conjunction with other methods He also made a couple of crucial saves late on We may have to reign in his cavalier attitude
I just query how we can be so good for 45 minutes and then collapse (again) in the second half |
