Liquidation in Five weeks if players don't clear off ...

Players deferring wages is the only reason we are still alive, and to be honest I'd rather see them get the money they are due from the parachute payments than Chainrai get his.

Their stance is based on the assumption that Chainrai is taking back over, and they cannot be criticised for that. But if they play the same game with the Trust as owners that would be the time to criticise them.

If they walk away now they could effectively just be giving the money they are owed to Chainrai. Why would anyone do that ?

That Fulham cup tie was my first ever away game.

Some bastards nicked my brand new scarf on Putney Bridge and threw it in the water. They were Chelsea though, which is just as well cos it would have been really hard to hate Fulham all these years.

Home to Bury 7th May 1966. Won 4-0. Lewis, Portwood, McCann & McClelland scored and I remember a young amateur right back called Derek Gamblin played his one and only game for the club.
