Proud of them lads today

Cant believe out of all these threads I haven't seen Eastham's name mentioned anywhere. Yes the young players where outstanding but I dare say Eastham had one of the best games I saw from a defender in a dale shirt, he was there constantly when they got a half chance and with Lancashire dealt with the strikers very well

Muldoon
at 22:28 29 Nov 2014

First time I seen him today and in a team that played cr@p with only one player who i can say was alright (Allen) it would be unfair to single him out. What I did notice though the balls that got played to him he had to hold up, I think he's more of a player that you play a ball to run on to bit like Hogan constantly making runs getting behind the defense

Manager of the month nominations......

After 5 games the teams we've played are 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th and last. We drew against 3rd and won last. We haven't lost a game by more than 2 goals making our goal difference decent considering we've lost 3 so id say we've done a good job and hopefully soon we will get a run of games against teams that are mid-low table currently

Needed
at 18:43 30 Aug 2014

What we need is a proven goal scorer at a decent level. Although i like the way done and Henderson are being used as they bring plenty of pace on the break they wont score regularly, Andrew and Donnelly may score 6 between them all season (if lucky). I did like the look of the loanee from Brighton, had good feet and a bit of pace but not proven. bunney ain't a consistent goal scorer and Muldoon we haven't seen however i doubt he will gave the same impact as Hogan. Our defense is fine, its not like we've been routed 3-0 its more the fact that chances aren't being taken. Plus we are alright in midfield, no point getting another one when we have such depth in them positions in midfield as it is. I fancy a return of dagnall to spotland as he's proven and not playing regularly at orient i believe however i think his business is done in this window now

Abysmal second half performance

I agree but it just adds a bit more depth and experience plus it means if tanser has to go LB they'll be a another CB other than eastham and what seems to be a dodgy mcGinty

Need a CB with league 1 experience, a holding midfielder so Lund can push if necessary so we don't rely on the youngsters as much and a striker who can score and help andrew

Its near the end of the season and they usually get a run out and i know the position we are in some may not agree to gamble but when hery and gray have featured this season they have made a difference and caused the opposition trouble. Is it worth a gamble for a change and put them and some unproven in the starting line up.

Two poor games from cav i believe he should be dropped along side Lancashire who has dipped in form a bit recently and with Hogan out id take a risk with gray up top who will run three times as much as Donnelly. Done hasn't had the best two games and maybe put him on the left wing where he can run with the ball without being compromised.

Ive only seen him once all season and he barely had anything to do, may get a chance to see him against Cheltenham and Newport depending on the table
