You are not alone in that opinion, thr Dale fans are clamouring for him and Brierley to start. Thing is JM is going with what he feels safe with and needs to take the blinkers off. I am not knocking the present team but it simply is not working. They need to be taken out of the firing line even if they don’t like it as every pro wants to play. Hopefully the board can get someone in really quickly. Pretty sure if we can get a first win we will see a transition in confidence and belief, we can not all be Ronaldos but you can play with passion, desire and commitment |

Not a criticism but why bring on 3 subs in the last 5 mins when you are losing 3-0
Boost their confidence don’t think so
Influence the game don’t think so
Match time don’t think so
Point is these guys will go into the next game on a downer whether picked or not, yes professionalism is the name of the game but imagine if you in your job were threw in at the end of a not favourable day, how would you feel. Feel free to take a pop |

RS sees them in training and I expect that he picks a team based what he has seen in training and the guise of the opposition. A few tweaks here and there and I see a decent team. We don’t look like and have not been on the end of a hiding. Defence looks solid enough so a first win will see a rush of confidence and belief. Momentum is everything in football and when we get that you will see a different team |
