I've missed 2 games all season. No one ever suggested leaflets. The whole point of the thread was to discuss the serious issue of the child in charge of the club and the owners and what we can do as fans to try and mitigate what would be a disastrous decision to sack this manager and let Nourry continue in his role. It's worked as people are starting to see the issue and fanbase are united behind marti. What is clear however, is that our fanbase is not organised or equipped to organise any kind of protest, meetings with the club. QPR 1st are not the force they were, people that could have a say don't want to as it could affect their professional careers and we are just in a different era now with youtube, podcasts etc. Fan organisations such as the LSA are (respectfully) abit older now as well. I think a good start would be getting the loft flag lads to get the Marti Exceptional flag to Cardiff with someone and show it as the players come out. Time is short. |

If you bring a foreign striker in, you have to bring them into a decent situation. We are not a coun in a decent situation with the squad around him to allow him to thrive and develop in this league. If Middlesbrough had signed him, he'd have 4 or 5 goals by now. |

There are people who know plenty. Revealing it all on a message board is not wise, it puts the poster in a predicament potentially, it might piss off the person who told you and could actually make things worse. People don't do it to posture, people are genuinely worried about the direction the club is heading, there's enough information on a couple of threads on here that should give you enough to think about. My advice would be to listen to those who have provided the information and pointed everyone in the right direction on his thread and the Marti out thread. Then, it's up to you and everyone else to decide where they stand. |

I've just seen that website get french football news has a link about Vignal. Now we know that Nourry has previously posted a document claiming to be the editor of that website. He is dodgy!!! |

A collaborative approach works at most clubs in this league and even in the premier league, most clubs do it this way. But you need to have the right people. We do not have the right people. We have a snake oil salesman that's had no prior experience working at a football club before running the WHOLE show. |

So I'm guessing Hoos is only still there In case a sale happens and he will head that up? |

We could have had Steve Gallen. He went to Millwall instead. |

Roma have just sacked their manager because they're 12th in Serie A. Guess who helped insert the sporting director there. You guessed it, Retexo. |

Upset? Is every word you utter meant to patronise? Or should I sod off and leave this forum, just for you to continue to patronise people that are concerned about the person that's been given the keys to the castle. |

Wasn't John Textors name flying around early in the season that he nearly invested in QPR? Or something of that ilk. |

I agree. It needs to be thought about correctly and it needs to come from the right place. It only takes 5 minutes on the Internet to find out that Nourry is completely out of his depth. So I'd appeal to Reuben first of all and it goes back to my original thoughts? Who is around and is able to get a few of our smarter business minded supporters around the table to appeal to the clubs ownership for some dialogue on the situation. My tone may suggest I am ready to storm the pitch, I understand that but thats not the case at all. But the things I have heard in the last week have triggered me and are footballing malpractice, some answers are needed. [Post edited 10 Nov 14:49]

You don't know me, so plopping out comments telling me to pop off to Fulham or Brentford just makes you sound like a fool and very condescending. I'm not asking for a fvcking revolution, I'm asking for answers and a more open line of communication from the club as to why, yet again, after a summer of hope, a 26 year old child has been given the keys to do what the fvck he likes with our great club. Another chance to reset down the drain. Supporters like you are a small symptom of why we are where we are aswell. Happy to accept lowering standards every season, but it's ok because the owners keep putting money in. Will you be happy in league 2 under these owners? I think you need to understand where people's frustrations lie before you start telling people to trot off to Fulham. I've supported the club for every year of my life and held a ST for 35 of those years and I've only missed a handful of games in the last 3 years. Think I've earned the right to be frustrated with the status quo (I know it's not a loyalty point competition but you triggered me). Go and read Padulas Shampoos post on the Marti out thread. Perhaps he encapsulates how I feel more than I can perhaps convey on here. |

How do you know that playing out from the back is his philosophy and not "the model"? I am not sure what we need to wait longer for? How many more years of abject failure and a lack of standards do you need to see? |

I'm beyond laughing at the situation fella. If he sacks Marti, I would be very close to being done with the whole thing and I don't want to be. Along with the other things that have surfaced about Nourry, suffice to say there hasn't been anyone that has been as controlling as him since Flavio. |

I agree, this squad wouldn't finish in top 10 in league 1 because they don't tackle, get shots on target, win duels etc. Nourry is a symptom of the real cause, you remove him, then appeal to Reuben to get around the table with fans groups. There are people that have worked at the club previously, QPR 1st, it's the only way forward. We can't just let it keep happening anymore. Deal with the symptom first (Nourry), then get around the table with the owners somehow. |

Thank you for encapsulating exactly how I feel |
| Forum Reply | Fan Mobilisation - Nourry Out at 11:54 10 Nov 2024
Agree but in the short term, Nourry needs to be removed from his post as he is actually dangerous. He is a poundland Flavio wannabe. |

At this point it's not just about misuse of transfer funds. There are other things at play that are surfacing. Lots of people that are longer in the tooth than I am, told me to be wary, but I was in the "wary of him, but willing to give him a chance" camp around the time of the Fans Forum. I'm angry at myself for not seeing him for the charlatan he really is sooner. That Fans Forum is always at the wrong point of the season, it always gets the club off the hook.
