Abdulai
at 22:37 27 Mar 2025

I have seen him 7-8 times in the u21 in big wins at the stadium and in a league cup game v Northampton I think. I do not recognise your description of him at all. He rarely gave the ball away . His problem was he was a runner not passer and this did not fit in with Williams static passing game where there's was no movement. Abdullai was box to box and similar to De Guzman. He delivered the call from defence to forward by running with the ball. Williams did not like midfield runners preferring Grimes aging Allen and Fulton.

In the league cup game Abdullai combined beautifully with Wood as two tall athletic runners careful with the ball.

Peace talks have failed by the looks of it.
at 15:05 27 Mar 2025

All of the aims of Putin and the RF as failed spectacularly.

Ukraine was weak i militarily in 2022 and the nation split. Bombing and brutality a has unified the unoccupied parts of the county.

The military is very much strong and they have developed their own military infrastructure for drones and missiles with western help. They have a proper air force with western trained pilots and background staff. Ukraine is much strong in military terms and Russia much weaker. Trump is Russia's only hope.

The Crimea is no use to Russia without Ukrainian consent. A hard line Ukrainian positions with western backing would see Crimea returning to Ukraine with the currently occupied Donbas remaining in Russian occupation. Mariupol to return to Ukraine and all lands west.

Young Swansea player in international action

Historically with a low player numbers Cymru have struggled to provide strong squads at all levels. It was unrealistic to expect a lot of wins. However they have done very well recently.

Unknown names here but bravo. The Swans u17 look like a good bunch.

In general Cardiff have been providing bigger numbers in Wales squads recently .

You do your best to sew division. I decline to use words like scum and prefer a light hearted type of banter to anything serious. Blue terds etc .

When middle age blokes do this t it is inevitable 15-16 year old go over the top due to a lack of judgement and sound advice.

The Church/ Chapel in Wales and attendance
at 22:36 24 Mar 2025

If it was in Wales it would have been Church of Wales. Not Church of England.

This was explained to me by Tim an ex vicar who has since sadly passed. The Anglican Churches in wales broke away for the CoE a while back and the King or Queen were not the head of the church in these parts.

One would expect a high proportion of crime in wales than the UK average. There is a close link to income and unemployment, England in particulars s very affluent. Given our problems is position in the food chain it is outrageous we do not benefit from our own resources. Wind power and water.

Our communities are producing cheap healthy quality food as well. This is our role in the United Kingdom. I worked in east London for seven years every summer and never saw a single crime.

You do not blame the House of commons for Starmer and the Labour Government so why do it for the Senedd?

The Senedd never said there were too many hospitals.
Drakeford said it as a economic matter. It was probably true but I'll advised for PR purposes..

The money sent abroad is small but good international relations It counts in the long term.

It is the Welsh people that vote Labour and Welsh people that voted for Brexit. The Senedd is representative of the will of the people. If you do not like their decisions blame the voters.

I do not accept the idea that Welsh people cannot run their own affairs . You appear tto want Wales run from south east England.

Reform and the predecessors gave done enough damage. They are some use as a pressure group probably. Labour have repatriated 19,000 migrants according to the home office.

Why can't the UK
at 20:33 24 Mar 2025

UK citizens are world class moaners that believe it is the job of the taxpayer to keep everybody well fed and warm. I do not believe this. Families should look after their own children and elderly relatives. Benefits are too generous for sure.

Where there is an over generous benefit system people can spend all their spare cash and throw themselves at the mercy of the taxpayer. This country is surviving on foreign loans from nations where it is considerably colder in winter. This is putting the burden on our children and grand children.

People who are genuinely cold in winter can fill in a form and be assessed. If you live on the coast forget it. Old people seem to get by in Siberia and central north America.

You should not call people with a different perspective to you and "idiot". It is against the site rules and disrespectful. You require a wit to do this with humour.

Low incoming investment is due to poor trading conditions not poor infrastructure. This was caused by Brexit and loss of tax free trading with 500m of our neighbours. Welsh labour warned the Welsh population but the voter sided with the Tory Eurosceptics who gave not delivered.

They after 9 years have no where to go. Blaming the WAG will not wash. NPT steelworks had a long term strategy. Coal from Merthyr shut the furnaces 2024 jobs to go in to Ineos at Bridgend. The workers were looked after. Then the workers took a punt and lost.

You see the decision was given the the people and they were easy meat. The morale of the people finding investment must have been devastating. "What is the effing point" might have been said.

I am a free market supporter that believes in free choice. Most pensioners worked for 40 year or more and if they pilut a minimum and modest sum into a pension and monitored it they would be worth a fortune now. Similarly if they bought a house.

The government give handouts after 66 or 67 and cost health treatment is free at the point of delivery. Everyone was given a free education in n basic maths.

If you are skint in your 60 s and 70s it is likely to be either extremely bad luck or bad life choices. It was another mild winter in Swansea. Were there frosts at all.? If the house is cold then pay then get the property lagged.

US citizen have to paid a fortune for health.

The WAG is elected by the people of Wales and this is effectively none of your business.

Wales is a great place but many of the youth are low aspiration and burdened by the negativity you carry and promote. The football community sing " we know what hat we are". It is almost apologetic. You can be relied upon the put the boot in

I have been taught to fight not moan.

Life time tax fee iSA
Help to buy
Good investments..

Put a little way every month and bingo. Fight not moan. £100; a month is enough.

Take my advice save up and do some overtime. Alternatively moan and blame the WAG.

Reform sided with Farage Trump and now Trump will not sign a free trade deal with the USA . They said it was easy . That was 8 years ago. It is further away than ever..

If you want to buy a house you need to use you brain and save. I learned a long time ago about the benefits of compound interest. If I meet.anyone in their 20-30s and advise them how to get together a decent tax free lump sum.

https://www.hl.co.uk/investment-services/lifetime-isa

At 21-22 say. Get a life time ISA and invest it in the S and P 500.
£100 per month locked up for 10 year will give you around a £30,000.

Stop moaning about the WAG and give your kids or grand kids some sound advice. Smart people buy houses because the learn. Dim kids moan. We gave a lot of dim kids in Wales sadly

Blame the WAG if you want but it is the global effects arising from Brexit which is the issue. Welsh people as a whole voted to end free trade with 500 million citizens when Tariff King Trump was in power.

Brexiteers have no one else to blame so it has to be the WAG.
