I wrote a post on here back in February entitled "Boring, Boring Swansea", it criticised roundly by most people and while I don't want to gloat to people that I told you so, I am interested in what people think about the quality of football we played last season in comparison to this season. Personally I believe our football is of a rather low quality but it has been for some time, we've had brief glimpses now and then (like the first half today) but on a whole it's average or below. |

I certainly wasn't. So many players started tonight have had more chances than they deserve. With a couple, I think its a lack of confidence with others it's a simple fact that they don't want to be here. I'm convinced there are players out on loan or in our development squad that can give us more than certain players are currently give us. Why can't we play a different formation? We've practically played 442 this season, we can't the supposed attacking midfielder be just another midfielder or considering our form from wide areas, getting rid of the wingers altogether and adopt so kind of diamond formation. Whatever we are currently doing isn't working. Its clear to see. The football isn't interesting and right now the players don't look interested either. |

Your absolutely right. I apologise for my last couple of post, unfortunately a few people got under my skin. I started this last night to solely discuss the current climate over our football club and discuss style over substance. Unfortunately some decided either just to abuse me or simple dismiss my post as nonsense. I've done best reason with some however most could not be reached. Also Id like to thank the few that did contribute in a positive manner. Once again I'm sorry for my last couple of post, they were as Magic Michu stated "childish playground arguments". |

Whats with all these facts? Are you some relation to Rafa?
Do you know the difference between a fact and a opinion because its doesn't seem you do. You feel we have spoilt fans is an opinion not a fact and you feel we now employ various different tactics to gain points is also a opinion not a fact.
Look I found yesterday boring and I feel we've been lucky in many games and there's nothing ridiculous or extreme about that. [Post edited 8 Feb 2015 21:31]

I know there were injuries yesterday, so I know Dyer had to start. I wasn't at Southampton unfortunately but does that mean I'm not aloud to give a opinion? |

You really consider all those "clear cut chances". A clear cut chance is when the shooter is favourite is score. Gomis 1-on1 was a 50-50 chance which Gomis lost, Ki's goal was offside so that doesn't count (remember offside goals DON'T count). Olvieira's late shot was just a snap shot and it would have been a goalkeeping error had it gone in. Gomis should have got on Barrow's cross, so ill count that and the goal we actually scored from Ki. So..... thats 2. 2 clear chances. Awesome? |
