Fair challenge.
I think given it was two games this week in 4 days, plus travel to and from Coventry and a few players with knocks/strains there was always likely to be some changes. Smyth has taken some heavy challenges recently and plays at 100MPH so definitely needed a rest. The new Korean gives pace and guile in his place and thought he did well tonight on his first start, created problems and chances and an assist. He wont play every game for sure, but it is a good use of a loan as we dont have anything comparable available to us. And with Kohli's injury that arrival looks even more timely.
Get the worry about developing another teams talent, loans we do have like Edwards and Min-Hyeok give us extra quality in areas we are currently thin in. Will be interesting to see where both of them end up next year as would love to get at least one of them for us. |

Win 4-0 at home, possibly our most complete performance of the season so far and Chair showing what he can do now he is getting back to full match fitness. Not forgetting a win on Sky on a Friday night with a ref who seemingly hates us.
Still, not good enough really was it according to one of our fan base who still contrive find supposedly major flaws or failures by players and management. Strange really.

Saw him a few times on the stand up circuit in London just as he was starting out and very clearly talented even then. As you say Boston, so quick with with come backs I am sure he did the Comedy Store impro nights a few times as well when I saw him.
Had some terrible demons that haunted him, but cant detract from his being one of the more influential comedians of the time. RIP Tony. |

Faced the same question myself some time ago since I no longer live in Denmark (after spending a large part of my life there on and off). I subsequently moved all over the world before coming back to the UK a number of years ago, but figured Danehoop is the name I have used since Rivals Days so no point in changing. I get the reasoning from the Welsh FA, but think they should be excluded from the English cup competitions if they do, rather than forfeiting prize money or European qualification. If you want to commit to Welsh Cup competitions and the benefits that will bring to the clubs and qualification for Europe, then commit fully. I think its a great choice for Welsh clubs and the FAW, but don't think its fair to then try to be able to benefit from being in the English competitions as well.
That said, it's about cup competitions so of no relevance or interest to us. |

After Swansea I thought we might get destroyed given the injury situation in certain key roles is getting worse. Instead very pleasantly surprised that such a makeshift side did so well.
Lost one game in last 6 and taken 11 out of 18 points, Swansea aside we have been difficult to beat. We are not in relegation form and particularly like that we are scrapping for every point with a comparatively thin squad, but also that we are seeing quite a bit more of development squad players getting first team experience that they and we will benefit from later on. That we further dented Norwich's aspirations is even sweeter. |

Interesting how close the squad is. Name checks the manager for letting him play and "having his back" and Madsen for sitting at house in his absence whilst workers were there.
They all seem to have been really supporting him during what is a terrible time.
These are the types of reasons I love my club. |
