Should we get promoted its poss clubs may make Jim and staff an offer.

At this stage he still remains unproven, he certainly doesnt want a job where he is trying to dig a club out of a hole to avoid relegation for example.

Nearly got promoted or nearly got to a final doesn't really meet the standard expected at a higher level

Very good performance by all

Thought Ebanks was outstanding ..what he lacks in speed is more than made up with his awareness of danger.

A couple of excellent stops by Broome when Alty threatened.

The quality of the 2nd and 3rd goals was a joy to see.

I think an additional striker is vital.

Ultimately we can only manage the situation on a day by day basis..we are at the mercy of the weather.

I see the only robust solution is to move the fixture to another venue if poss or change the fixture to the away game if logistically possible,

i hope not to see a scenario where we are 5 or 6 games behind
