Tbf, i would not be basing any opinions i have of him on his character, personality type or whether he is the sort of man, i would like as a mate. I think a couple on here are more negatively assessing the man with this in the forefront of their minds.
Recruitment has been promising and we seem to be slowly improving and our squad is decent in terms of depth. Youth and development is on the up for me. Manager recruitment for me is evolving and improving. Options to cover injuries, are quickly acted on, and am sure we have a few prospective irons in the fire, just in case. In game management has often been lacking and requires work.
I do actually think his ultimate aim is for the Premier League and a stadium that helps self finance the ever changing demands and qualities the squad needs. We will need a new stadium eventually and where it is maybe compromised but i do feel they will design a stadium which maintains old school stadium atmosphere, as well as providing extra income streams. And will be close as is possible to W12.
i think the fact he is on a couple of advisory boards with the council is a clever move. And i think his use of data and background in AI will give us advantages in future foitballing times ahead at Rangsrs. Something that had zero relevance in sport, a decade ago, but in times ahead, there is little doubt, it will have a massive influence.
Injuries and recruiting players with high percentage chances of injury hit seasons needs massive improvements but if the trajectory keeps improving there will be less chances required to take risks.
Still pretty poor on fans engagement so far. Very few forums and the ones so far have been a mess and zero proper engagement with regards to players injuries and their recovery times.
Selling players on for profits, is yet to be seen. This is the key to our current model. Have to say currently, this is where i see failings as its yet to show much at all.
But for me overall its a half decent start. We are better placed without the impact being outstanding. One hundred percent on the "nerd" scale, but a very intelligent and hard working man for me. Being nerdy is not a criticism of the guy, as i can totally see in recruitment, potential, players for a model and those with resale potential profitability, being a nerd in sports management does help.
Chtistian would not be in my close circle of friends, but my overall view is he is a decent appointment and am intrigued to see where we could get to, under his stewardship.
B- for me, so far...
7 out of 10.
And the phrase "Rome wasnt built in a day" is very apt. Lets see where this goes.
I have avoided reading immediately after the last two results on here and have to stop reading the match threads of doom.
To be fair though, from attending recent games, have sensed more of an unjustified, in my eyes, undercurrent of anger within the QPR fans around me, and its been harder to say that i actually enjoy attending, simply because most around me seem to be showing a bit of the old "passive aggressive" about them !!!
I guess a fans forum will reflect that, at these times and without realising it myself, i wasnt enjoying being a part of this forum also.
Disagreements about football and the club will happen, but personal insults arent required, i agree. The old "count to ten" technique comes to mind.
Mbengue is out for three games, so think it will be Cook and Edwards at centre back, Dunne back out to right back and Tylon Smith as cover centre back on the bench.
Shame but with no chance of buying players, most managers wont last there.
He has got a lot of dosh in the bank. Can see him managing in Spain or Portugal next - not sure he will get another crack at the Championship anytime soon....
Needed to take advantage when on top first half Never happy only being one up.
Second half was a pretty terrible performance. Smyth and Demble were very weak. Vale faded which was understandable but well done him. Surprised when we scored Mbengue still to be on was strange, but even so.
Why not then bring Edwards on Dunne at right back. At least those players know that formation. Brain dead from Stephan. But even so, go down in the challenge, shield the ball etc. Zero effort at sh*thousery in injury time.
A very poor outcome but so avoidable. A depressing end that has the ability to end our season....
I am avoiding this website for the next few days for the benefits of my mental health.
Ok. Well no need to make comments about the hair etc, but its a part of who Rayan is, which is fine.
When i am looking at transfeŕ news, the only site i take any notice of is WLS, as they are factual, as opposed to spurious nonsense, which all the other reports generally tend to be.
The content is fine though on the pods for me, although Dave himself admits, being a podcast presenter does not come naturally to him, Ian McCullough said the same, and obviously Kevin Gallen gives some decent playing insights to the mix.
As an actual presentation, Dan Bennett was much better at this, when he worked for WLS, but personally i enjoy listening for the information and insights. its a new part of journalism thats come in the last ten to fifteen years and has different skills, but ultimately for me, its the content and the truth behind it, that is more relevant for me, rather than the style of presentation.
Well it's Friday night I need a fight If she don't spread I'm gonna bust her head The guy has gone mad 'Cause his chicks been had What can we do When there's four of you

THINK this is very APPROPRIATE myself - well the chorus ANYHOW !!!!
If they bring in a theme tune when VAR is considering a decision and I feel the only anthem that would suit the giving of the decision that is then made - only the THEME TUNE from JAWS would suffice !!!
I had loads from the 70s, 80s and 90s and then the Internet happened and hardly any since. The prices now are ridiculous for what they contain also.
But I think it must have been around the mid 2000s, I went from hoarder to minimalist, and I can't even remember how I got rid of, sold or otherwise of all of mine - mad moment probably !!!!
I just remember looking at the players in each game listed all on one page and seven or eight almost starting - one hundred percent of the time !!!!
Think you can read things into everyone's comments these days if you want to.
Everyone seems to want to find something to offend them.
All I saw about Kolli, was him saying all the publicity was coming from back in Algeria arounds him, and he wasn't sure it was helpful. But people can find racist undertones in things if they take things out of the context in which things are said and then gradually a social media frenzy suddenly develops with a passion.
I am 58 and I look 5 - 10 years younger than what age bracket "Wazza" appears to be in nowadays.....
There was a film out not so long ago, about a boy who aged almost a decade a year and at age 13 sadly near to death, he had the look of a 90 year old man. Baron Munchausen is the disease am led to believe !!!!
Just checked - must be thinking about something else - can't find anything...
Rooney not quite there yet anyhow !!!!
Hey there was a good chap called Les who could head and strike a ball well. Charlie Austin interviewed Kone earlier in the season. Why not get someone of that ilk in, who wants to earn a few pennies and it doesnt necessarily have to be an ex player. I wonder if the defensive coaching of Steve Bould has helped or its more the experience and quality of the defenders playing currently.
We have a goalkeeping coach, and a defensive trainer and a set piece specialist, why not an attacking head coach. Thought the head of METHODOLOGY could sort that one out for us.....
