My late father was from Gorseinon, he told me that when Lewis Jones came on visits to Gorseinon after his move to league people crossed the road to avoid being seen to support him.
Also may father had a cousin who was a master at Gowerton, he told Leighton James that he could earn a living at football, not at Rugby, how times changed! |

jason scotland was very popular at Ipswich. My daughter lives in Ipswich an when he was first in Ipswich he stayed in the Holiday Inn near to a Tesco, she saw him leaving the shop, walking back to the Hotel, he was eating from a huge tub of Ice Cream, like the style!!!!! |

Ipswich had a good run last 9-10 games scored lots of goals, ground sold out for recent games..Saw the best game ever when we won at Portman Road in our !st div season. Bob Latchford scored the first goal. No one in suffolk spoke to me and my son for weeks| |

Ipswich town supporters hated him in the end,he was so abusive about them in his last press conferences. Season ticket holders near the dugout asked to moved because of his potty abusive mouth. Hes a dinosaur,like Colin,Cardiff are working there way through them! |
