I use express vpn I think its about £7 per month, I work a month on and a month off in the middle east so on my month off it allows you to cancel for a month then I just click a button and im back on it again, |

just had the same thing but if you look in the small box wich tells you your a season ticket holder and how many loyalty points you have they have reserved your seat for you for this game! |

im coming to the end of my 6 week rotation in the middle east, ive been working nights so I have a meal about 1730 decent meal size with a fairly big dessert then I don't eat till 1730 the next day.
I drink shit loads of water (its very warm at night mind) and after the 2nd or 3rd night I don't even feel hungry between meals.
I weigh everyday and I'm losing almost a kg over 24 hrs everyday.
ive lost almost 2 stone so I'm well happy!

i agree, what I meant was theres 4 or 5 of my mates who go to games from oour small village. yes in most valleys now its at least 50/50 ! the younger generation are deffo black and white,
and your right the "lads" I was talking about most of them are in their 50"s !!!!
I just thought it was a funny story about wannabies!

now let me explain a little better!!
where I live up in the valleys theres only about 5 or 6 of us jacks, its all Cardiff up here!
a lot of them "claim" to be soul crew or whatever its called but they only ever go to home or away games on a bus! now I thought (I could be wrong) that the soul"s travelled by train.
that's all I was pointing out!

when we went 1 up wb fans went quiet as lambs but as soon as they started ripping us apart after the break they didn't stop,its a double edged sword,you cant blame the fans for that shit today,its never the teams fault ie Europe,injurys,tiredness..... I think it means more to us the fans than it does to the players! |

looking at those the voodoo is an awesome bike for the price ,won lots of awards in its category.
the cannondale looks awesome!!!
but for some reason the boardman would be the one for me,looks more solid and has good componentry and the best reviews off people who have bought it.
im no expert mind!!!!
I usually buy my bikes 2nd hand to be honest, get some cracking deals but hey its a bit of a gamble! |

tredz got some good deals on 2013 bikes,ive got a trek 69er,its got a 29" wheel on the front and a 26"on the back I find it handles pretty good like!!! |
