Created very little. After being unlucky against West Ham and looking threatening, today was very disappointing. Palace deserved winners. 15 defeats from 19 games. Truly awful. Fernandes suspended for the Brentford game too.

Disappointing outcome after a reasonably positive start - and a goal! Once they got going Palace overwhelmed us in midfield - curious team selection there for us - and put the centre of defence under sustained pressure. KWP and Fernandes showed their ability to make a difference but the rest were average at best. Got to start Archer over Armstrong next time and have Lesley and Lallana on the pitch for longer. Manning in for Bree. A few tweaks for us to get something from Brentford.

Play archer and tall paul together. Bring in manning who can throw the ball long and cross it in

We were over run in midfield without Downs or big les .

If their equaliser had been our goal we all know it would have been ruled out by var and the refs/var have had it in for us all season .currupt.

Another loss but marginally better than under the previous manager i think we will see more improvements and hopefully he can attract quality players next month

<Sigh>, this match proved that we do not have the personnel anywhere on or off the pitch to compete in the Premier League. Anything we get from this season has to be seen through such a lens—because any hope we draw from following matches, no matter how valuable it is, will be short-lived at best.

Difficult to win a game when Ramsdale, HB, Bednarek, Wood, Bree, Aribo, Dibling, Armstrong, TP, Lallana and Manning all have a nightmare at the same time.

I think we need some new players.
